A&P Creative 30-Day Standard Return Policy (Less Shipping and Handling)

A&P Creative is confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase of IVF Boss products. However, if you change your mind about your purchase, you may return eligible orders for a refund (less shipping and handling), subject to the terms outlined in this policy.
This policy applies to all IVF Boss products, whether sold individually or as part of a bundle, purchased directly from our official website (Shopify store) or Amazon. Please note that return eligibility differs based on product condition, purchase location, and country of sale.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund under this policy, you must meet the following conditions:
- Your return request must be initiated within 30 days of your purchase date.
- The product(s) must be unopened, unused, and in their original, sealed packaging.
- All products included in a bundle must be returned together in one package.
- The return must be shipped at your own expense (unless the product is defective or damaged in transit).
- You must provide proof of purchase from either IVF Boss (Shopify store) or Amazon.
International Returns
We accept international returns; however, please be aware of the following:
- Shipping Fees: International return shipping costs are not covered by IVF Boss and must be prepaid by the customer.
- Customs & Duties: Refunds do not include any customs duties, import taxes, or fees incurred upon delivery. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Exchange Rate Variations: Refunds will be issued in USD (United States Dollar), and any variations due to exchange rates or international transaction fees imposed by your bank or card issuer are beyond our control and will not be reimbursed.
- Lost Returns: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for international returns, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages.
Exclusions
The following are not eligible for refunds under this 30-day standard return policy:
- Any opened or unsealed IVF Boss products.
- Any empty or partially used product containers.
- Any free, promotional, or gift items received with your order.
- Products purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers (including resellers, discount retailers, or marketplaces other than Amazon).
- Products purchased more than 30 days before the return date.
- Shipping and handling fees from the original purchase.
- Subscription orders that have not been canceled before the next billing cycle (for auto-ship customers).
A&P Creative reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion in cases of fraud, abuse, excessive returns, or violations of our Terms & Conditions.
Return Process for Eligible Orders
If you purchased from Shopify (IVFBoss.com):
- Contact our Customer Support Team at [Insert Support Email] to request a Return Authorization (RA) Number.
- Pack the unopened and unused product(s) securely and include the RA number inside the package.
- Ship the return using a trackable method to the address provided in your return approval email.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 30 days, minus shipping and handling fees.
If you purchased from Amazon:
- Returns for orders placed on Amazon must be processed directly through Amazon’s return system under their return policy.
- Please log into your Amazon account and follow the instructions for returning an item.
Refund Details
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Refunds are issued in USD (U.S. Dollars) and will reflect on your account within 5-10 business days after processing.
- If your original payment method is no longer valid, we cannot issue a refund and may offer store credit instead.
- IVF Boss does not reimburse international exchange fees, bank conversion rates, customs duties, or any additional fees incurred by your financial institution.
